Update: after taking this for a while I can at least say that it helps with my bowel movement without tummy upset or pain. I’ve tried other brands that cause stomach discomfort with no improvement but this helps almost instantly. Worth getting a bottle to see if it works for you too.
Bought this after 2 course of antibiotics.. hopefully this helps cos tbh I cannot tell if it indeed ‘heals’ or ‘soothe’ my system after the series of antibiotics.
