I wanted to like this more because it actually tastes like how I remember pork tasting and the texture is very meaty, but it is way too salty for my taste. I still have half the package left and will have to try pairing it with something that cuts down on the saltiness. Disregard the expiration, I put this in my freezer when I bought it a few months back and just defrosted it last night.

I bought some yesterday but haven't tried it yet. Doesn't sound promising because I don't like salt.
