Chickpeas and beans with veg & rice in a spicy (coconut) sauce.
Very sparing with the rice for my taste.
Long ingredients list, but, refreshingly, they're all foods (rather than artificial additives).
RRP £2.50, comparatively reasonable value to most prepared meals.
Ok for a lunch, but needs additional for a full dinner (for me).
