This Deluxe Mac & Cheese by Daiya is better than one would expect. It has gluten-free elbow pasta, and is pretty creamy & cheesy. Unlike other boxed mac and cheese’s, this product contains everything you need to make it. No need to add butter or milk to a powder, the cheese comes in a bag inside the box. The ingredients could be healthier of course, but throwing in some peas or other greens to get a little more nutrition is always an option.
