This is a build your own bowl which is made to order with lots of options 😋
It comes with mexican rice, pinto or refried beans, your choice of protein (I selected jackfruit) and veggies.
You can also add guacamole, cashew sour cream, cashew cheese, and shredded cheese for an additional charge.
The jackfruit here is probably the yummiest jackfruit I have ever tried and I truly love the taste and texture.
The portion size is huge which was also a nice surprise.
This is packaged in a World Centric to-go container which is certified compostable. More reasons to support this all vegan restaurant 🌱
