

This dish was in a to go dish already but brought out on a plate. It looked so nice in the bowl, that I didn't want to move it to the plate for the picture. It is the same salad recipe that Jennifer Aniston ate routinely for 10 years. It has bulgur wheat, tomatoes, parsley, mint, red onions, cucumbers, vegan feta, lemon juice, pistachios, chickpeas,and fresh olives. #bulgurwheat
