Excellent quality organic soft tofu. I cut it into thick slices and marinated them for about an hour. Then I fried the slices in olive oil at medium heat for a few minutes each side till they got a yellowish colour and became a bit crispy on the outside. They came out absolutely delicious! I found that product at AB Vasilopoulos super market at the price of 1.8€/200g. I am definitely going to buy it again.
