Slow roasted soy chunks + dumplings + cabbage no Shromaždiště — Avaliação do csquaree (16 de mai. de 2022)

Very traditional Czech dish. It’s full of flavours. The sauerkraut helped to ease out the saltiness/meatiness/heaviness of the gravy. The bread dumplings reminded me of the Chinese mantou, but sliced. 😅 I enjoyed this dish after a long train ride.
