
The more I play around with tofu, the more I realize how awesome it is! I always avoided it before because draining it was a hassle and it always was flavorless, but now I make tofu scramble and just squeeze it in a bag and add my eggy marinade (kala namak, Olive oil, mylk, seasonings, nutritional yeast) and then toss straight to a hot pan. It's super quick and if you heat it long enough then it's not soggy. So excited to add this to my quick breakfasts!
