The HUVUDROLL Swedish Plant Balls were fantastic!! They were tender and juicy, and the texture was on point! It consisted of pea protein, potatoes, oats, onion, and apple paired with umami flavors taken from mushrooms, tomatoes, and roasted vegetables. Mmm - dipping the plant balls in lingonberry jam was a perfect combination of salty and sweet. So deeeelicious! IKEA, thank you for offering Vegan options. I appreciate you!! 🥰
