The best fried “chicken” coating I’ve tasted in Singapore so far. The “chicken” meat looks like it’s made of soft soya sheets (I could be wrong because I didn’t ask) and you shouldn’t expect it to taste like chicken. But the coating is definitely the star here and it really made this dish a five-star dish. Absolutely delicious.
