Nice but not mind blowing. I had higher expectations honestly. The cauliflower was supposed to deep-fried, but I asked to have it roasted instead. I think the glace had some balsamic vinegar in it, which was good but a but tiring after some bits. The barley was crunchy, not as I expected - but good after all. I was expecting truffle on top, but got instead some truffle flavoured sauce instead which I didn't like too much.
