I tasted this at Vegan Goods Market and it tastes so freakishly like actual salmon! So I bought a jar. Used this evening for making sushi. I found that you have to use quite a lot in the sushi so it doesn't get drowned out by the other flavors. So next time I would use a bit more. I think it might also be better used in another dish, like maybe a bagel with cream cheeze. Overall happy with the product and would buy again.
