Good flavour and texture that's just like a real sausage. I liked it on bread with butter or hummus and some tomato. I must admit I had some slices just as a snack. It was so tasty. The mushroom flavour isn't very strong. It's good because it tastes like a good meat replacement. I could serve it to non-vegan friends successfully. This mushroom sausage had better nutritional value than expected even though it's an ultra-processed food. I will buy it again when I find it. The only problem is that it's not widely available. These meat-free sausages should be in every supermarket for easier access.
