
If never had kohlrabi before so was interested in trying it. It has a mild taste and was nice sautéed up. The best way I can describe it is a texture like daikon but closer in flavor to a mild cabbage. I wouldn’t buy this expecting it to replicate pasta but it is certainly convenient to buy root vegetables already spiraled or shredded if you do not have the tools to do it at home. I ate it with some vegan sausage and chimichuri sauce but I think you could throw it in to any veggie dish to bulk it up.
