I occasionally crave this dish. Filling has just the right mix of textures - crunchiness, chewiness, smoothness. Flavours are well balanced as well. When I ordered today, it was slightly under-seasoned, which made the dough taste from the wrapper stand out. But under-seasoned is better than over, as you can add your own vinegar/soy sauce to make up :-)
