Recommend air-frying rather than pan-frying for a slightly crispier exterior and moister interior. Tastes like typical Chinese soy & mushroom textured protein with a distinct taste of mock meat; will taste better if you pair this with vegan mayo or another sauce! V affordable though at $3+ (on discount; RTP$5+) for 2 patties :O
