They ran out of impossible meatballs, so I got tofu and roasted veggies with the pasta instead. The pasta is made with vegan cheese sauce and was really tasty! the smoked corn was amazing, i loved the flavor.

I got tofu with peanut sauce which was OK on its own, weird with the pasta. but that’s on me cos i made that choice hahaha

i’m excited to try all the other dishes at ahimsa!!
