The sauce!!! was super! A standout. And I can see why nearly every table had ordered this. It’s as if they KNEW.
But do note it can be spicy! Packed with umami flavour - a nice tomyum, but balanced w tomato-eyness 🍅 , incorporated mushrooms were sliced thinly & soft. If you are packing to go/delivery, you can probably portion out some of the sauce to keep for eating over other days simply bc it makes such a good side dish addition 🤭 && they were way too generous with the sauce in proportion to zoodles.

My first time trying zucchini noodles and I’m surprised by how smooth and fine just like angel hair pasta and perfect texture - not too soft not too crunchy! 🍝 But definitely can be more filling. But it usually just is a matter of adding waaaaay more volume for me if using veggies to replace carbs
