I’ve never ordered a latte and not had to specify a plant milk!
Our lattes were great and the atmosphere is lovely with high high ceilings in a restored building in beautiful early 20th century downtown Bellingham.
The food and baked goods – all vegan. And the place is packed. We breakfasted and later returned for a scone and the line was still to the door.
If you bake it (vegan), they will come! :-)
