This consisted of firm and chewy chow mein noodles with bean sprouts, snow peas, 🥕, and 🌱-based 🦐, 🐥, and 🐷. It’s mild, but comes with hot chili oil, soy vinegar, and soy sauce to increase the intensity. It was hearty and comforting. #saveveganrestaurants
