Review of Mushroom and Tofu Sandwich at Sandwich Saigon (Vegetarian) by kismetcandle

A tad expensive at $8, but otherwise thumbs up. The sandwich was chock -full of fresh, colourful veggies, the mushroom provided umami and the Asian sauce added flavour and moistness. The baguette was fresh and crusty too.
