I found this in the back of my freezer, and it had expired 1 1/2 years ago. Despite the bag having a lot of ice crystals in it, I still enjoyed it a lot in this cashew-based Cheeseburger Soup, almost 2 weeks after #NationalHomemadeSoupDay. Better late than never!
