Gelateria Gianni is one of the oldest and best icecream shop in Bologna. They use organic local ingredients and make few vegan flavours (they could do more!).
Last Christmas they decide for the first time to cook vegan panettone (typical Christmas italian cake) and it is delicious! Let's help them to change to total vegan production!
