Premixed Shakshuka mix from @fairtrade - it comes in a small plastic bag, and all you need to do is add some tomatoes and veggies. Made it following their recipe, with aubergine and paprika, but I added a block of tofu on top and it turned out amazing! With a tiny sprinkle of kala namak, the tofu is a great substitute for the eggs that normally go in the Shakshuka.
