Though the presentation isn’t anything special, it was packed with nutrients and I really enjoyed the miso dressing.
It’s a totally vegan bowl, but I kept tasting something that was very similar to smoked salmon. And I had a little panic attack thinking that I may have been given the wrong dish. But there wasn’t any salmon in there. Phew! 😮‍💨
So must have been a seasoning of some kind.
