Ho trovato l'impasto leggermente insipido e ha richiesto 5/10 minuti in pi di cottura (ovviamente dipende dal forno). Nel complesso la pizza è venuta buona, è lievitata, però mentre la si mastica diventa un po' gommosa.
I found the dough slightly bland and it took 5/10 more minutes to cook (obviously it depends on the oven). Overall the pizza turned out good, it leavened, but while you chew it it becomes a bit chewy.
