
These have been sitting in my freezer for a while, and after a super chilly week I decided it was time to make my first pot pie! This is such a classic crust and was perfect for my pot pie. I'm sure it'd be great for a sweet pie too. It was so simple; just thaw the crust and toss your filing in before cooking. The second crust in the pack has a crack in it, so they do seem like they can be pretty fragile. I topped my pie with Trader Joe's crescent roll dough because I couldn't find any pastry dough at the grocery store.
