

Everything served at this homely cafe is #organic and I absolutely love this wholesome bibimbap with a local spin, which uses sambal chilli in place of the usual gochujang sauce! The kaleidoscope of veggies include a sweet potato “egg yolk”, bok choy, scrambled tofu, crunchy daikon and kimchi with brown rice. The crispy charred bits of rice at the bottom of the hot stone bowl are really the best part of this dish 😋
