I really enjoyed this salad from M&S for my lunch today - crunchy and fresh! The combo of ingredients was really original and a nice change. The only thing that could catch you out is the serving size is actually only half the pot, so this counts as 10% of your fat for the day if you eat it all! I guess the dressing and the seeds are the main contributors to that. I would definitely get it again though!
