I've tried a lot of vegan sausage and imo nothing beat Gusta, especially the Italiana one! It's my favorite and I put them in every non vegan recipe that require sausage : Tofu scrambled with sausage, Maple rice and sausage casserole etc. I can't help, sometimes I eat small bites raw from the package because it is too good 😅 The compagny is also from Québec #localbusiness 😊
