One of the best jacket potatoes I've ever had. They bake them, remove the centre of the potato then rebake the skin so it's really crispy. Then they mix the centre with vegan cheeze, then top with smoky tofu, kimchi and other bits and pieces. Delicious, a bit pricey, but worth it!
