After my last vegan ready meal review I was quietly looking forward to this red Thai vegetable curry. While cooking I had to stir and thought what vegetable is that It was substitute chicken pieces. I checked the ingredients as it was stated as veg curry. the veg consisted of onion, spring onion and red pepper and whatever the chicken was made from. I don't normally eat red Thai curry so I can't say if it tasted like a normal Thai curry but i can say that if I wasn't being vegan I would of binned it and had a cheese butty but I did finish it and got used to the flavours and texture. My partner was at work and she binned it as she didn't like the texture. So we will not be buying this again.
