WOW! This dish packs a punch! Strong gong bao flavour, and VERY BIG SERVING. Recommend sharing or going after an ultra intense spin class! Topped with hericium, brocolli, dried chilli, carrots and other tasty veggies! 😛 Highly recommend this or the sesame oil “chicken” claypot rice!
