Since on this alkaline diet I am avoiding most nuts and seeds, hemp milk has been my go to. This one is slightly more expensive ($4.99) but it’s worth it, and I’m thankful it has no sugar. Does not lower my pH :)

I should have clarified I am following Dr. Sebi’s alkaline diet. Hemp seeds, sesame, walnuts, and Brazil nuts are approved. However I am trying to avoid others since they are typically high in arginine
