Passable cheese replacement.
Mixes well if you like your spaghetti bolognaise cheesy and great for in lasagne, perfect for cheese sauce.
Not ideal for pizza or other oven dish topping because there it hardens instead of melting, with a risk of burning.
But admirable product nonetheless, really tastes cheesy.
