
I’ve never had kale gnocchi or made gnocchi in a saucepan before. They tasted pretty great, not too bitter. Only 7-10 minutes of cooking time. I wanted to use up some stuff I had in the fridge so for the last 3 mins of cooking time I added in TJ’s beefless ground beef and it was a really good combination of flavors. Other than that I only added salt (and olive oil in the beginning).
