The peanut coconut sauce is delicious, vegetables were fresh and the seiten was very rich in flavour with a texture similar to meat. Sometimes such textures can make me feel a bit queezy because they remind me too much of eating animals, though this texture was definitely somewhere between knowing it was gluten based and resembling meat in a good way.
