Best vegan #rendang I’ve ever had 🌱 I don’t know how to file this cause I got it at a stall at Hin Bus Depot at last night’s #newyear countdown party 🥂 but they’re a #smallbusiness that run pop ups at other places and have a stall at Tasty Asian Food Court, Bukit Jambul 🏢 They proudly use no instant paste and #nonasties with only #locallysourced ingredients, cooked for hours on end 🪴 For #fakemeat they use vegetarian lamb meat, vegan-friendly 😇 The #ecopackaging was also a plus, though they could’ve stepped it up with biodegradable cutlery too 😉 #bestpicks Also happy new year’s day you animal loving gremlins~
