El Cubano no Gaia & Loki — Avaliação do pauldub (31 de dez. de 2021)

Vegan version of the classic Cubano sandwich, with seitan 'ham', plant-based sliced cheese, pickles and mustard in a toasted baguette. Good flavour overall but ended up a bit on the salty side with that particular combination of ingredients. Would be off the charts of adjusted for the salt factor. Comes with a side of perfectly crispy fries. Great ambience in the restaurant and very nice owners and staff. Will be going back.
