Rice, beans and seitan flavoured with buffalo sauce, topped with abundant veggies. I particularly liked the pleasantly spicy seitan. While it’s slightly less expensive than their other main meals, the portion was surprisingly large; I’d say it’s enough to be shared by two persons. #veganisnotscary
