You’d think this bland seed would taste gross, but it’s really delicious! (And no, just like apple seeds, watermelon seeds don’t taste like the fruit.) The first thing I picked up on was the sweetness, and then the seedy taste. I found it mild with added sweetness.
I was surprised, however, when I opened this one and it was really drippy. Even though I lightly kneaded it before opening, I did not notice anywhere on the packaging directing one to do such. Closer to the end it did start to firm up, so I’m unsure exactly what went wrong here.
A packet contains 190 calories from 16g fat (3g saturated fat from sunflower), 7g carbs and 8g protein.

Interesting product 🤔🤔 and we were always taught not to swallow the seeds otherwise a tree will grow inside us😂
