
Despite being frozen, the flavours of this Pad Thai remained in tact and ready to burst deliciously into the mouth. The vegetables were finely chopped, there was what tasted like small fake pork pieces, (I’ve realised it’s actually fake chicken but the funny thing about plant based white meat is sometimes it can be chicken OR pork depending on what you are thinking it to be 😂 🤷🏻♀️) Also, the chopped nuts on top gave it those extra points. I actually prefer this to the experiences I’ve had of Pad Thai in restaurants! $9 from Countdown.
