Recently tried my hands at making my own chocolate. This way I get to control the sugar amount, ingredients put in. Melted this cacao paste with some cacao butter and yacon syrup…also added hazelnuts. The result is some delicious melt-in-your-mouth vegan chocolate! #veganisnotscary
