Blue Cheese Ravioli no Nolita — Avaliação do vishika (2 de dez. de 2021)

I think this might be my new favourite dish from nolita. There are only hints of blue cheese, which is a good thing, the Ravioli itself had a near perfect texture/chew to it. The truffle oil and mushroom veloute went really well alongside the blue cheese flavours.

Usually when they there's new seasonal items it can be a little hit or miss, but this one is definitely a hit
