This antipasto includes homemade vegan cheese, caponata, polenta (vegan).
The cheeses are quite tasty, perhaps a bit too salty. I really like the concept of combining a northern Italian specialty (polenta) with a southern one (caponata).
Recommended although a bit pricey.
