Review of Baklava Cheesecake at I Should Be Souvlaki by jenl

Super creamy and decadent cheesecake, topped with a generous serve of walnuts and pistachios. A tasty treat. Would have loved more of the filo pastry base to balance out the cheese portion, which was substantial and quite rich.
