One of my favorite snacks are now available as a freebie at my local blood donor centre. Now there are at least 3 vegan options (also pretzels and chips), which is fantastic! Not that I need more motivation to give plasma, but hooray to Red Cross donor centres for providing a bit of variety! ❤🩸❤

Wow! My centre only has pretzels. That’s fine… I eat three packets like I’m a starving in record time.
