These beautiful summer rolls were so fresh and delicious. They had tofu, avocado, mango, lettuce and noodles tightly wrapped in rice paper. They also had a great sauce that came with them. They're definitely a good starter, especially if you're trying to stay on the healthier side. #veganisnotscary
