Beet and Avocado no Del Popolo — Avaliação do snehaaavellaaa (19 de nov. de 2021)

This salad was so unexpectedly good, the quinoa gave a nice crunch and the dressing was very citrusy, giving it an almost guacamole type taste. There was a nice sweetness from the beets as well and it went well with the focaccia.
